Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The InnerView — the Lens conversion-audit product and the Scope AI-visibility product — provided by Below The Fold, a company registered in Greece (VAT number EL154450996), with registered address at Koritsas 3, Melissia, Athens, Greece ("we", "us", "Below The Fold").

By creating an account or using The InnerView, you agree to these Terms. If you're using The InnerView on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Lens audits a store URL you submit and generates conversion-optimization findings across up to six lenses (audit, trust, merchandising, messaging, mobile, AI-SEO) using a mix of deterministic signal checks and AI vision analysis of page captures.

Scope checks how AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) represent your brand and generates AI-visibility findings and an action plan.

Both products only analyze pages you submit and that are publicly reachable — you must have the right to have that URL audited (your own store, or one you're authorized to assess, e.g. as an agency or consultant on the client's behalf).

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at hello@belowthefold.gr if you suspect unauthorized use.

The InnerView offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers as described on /pricing, billed and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Some actions (e.g. on-demand re-audits, extra stores, white-label PDF export) consume credits included with your plan or purchased separately as credit packs. Credits are non-refundable once spent and, unless stated otherwise at purchase, do not expire while your account remains active.

Fees already charged are generally non-refundable, including for partially-used billing periods, except where required by law or where we've made a billing error. Contact hello@belowthefold.gr for billing disputes.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you don't have the right to have audited.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit metering, or tier gating.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell raw platform output outside your plan's licensed use (e.g. white-label reporting requires the applicable plan).
• Use the service to build a competing product.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Findings, scores, and fix recommendations are generated with the help of AI models and deterministic heuristics. They are informational suggestions, not guarantees of any specific outcome (revenue, conversion rate, AI-engine ranking, or otherwise), and may contain errors or miss issues. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to implement any recommendation.

We own The InnerView's platform, software, methodology, and branding. You retain all rights to your own store content. By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited license to capture, analyze, and store that page's public content solely to provide the service to you.

We rely on third-party providers to deliver the service, including Stripe (payments) and AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for analysis. See our Privacy Policy for how data flows to these providers.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service, with notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and, where applicable, EU law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify active subscribers by email.
